Join this workshop to explore your body’s intuition through hula hooping, tapping into your inner rhythms and discovering playful ways to move. Participants will embrace a beginner’s mindset, enjoy the process and learn about their bodies in a fun, light-hearted environment.

 

Kim has been using hula hooping as a mindfulness practice since 2013 and teaches through Spark Circus in Mae Sot, Thailand. She helps people achieve a flow state and feel inspired through the art of hooping.
