Dine with the matriarchs of Thai kitchen traditions in our wooden sala
Designed by Boonserm Premthada, Open Kitchen remains a space of cultural significance, welcoming all with its open design and use of reclaimed materials from a nearby tobacco factory. This year, it evolves into a table service restaurant on the top floor, where you can reserve a spot or simply walk in to enjoy a meal made from locally sourced ingredients and time-honored family recipes in our take on a Mae-Khrua, or Mother’s Kitchen. With seating for up to 60 guests across both high tables and dining tables, Wonderers can enjoy an authentic Thai dining experience, all set against the backdrop of The Fields.
The ground floor, home to Life’s Market by Pa Chan, invites Wonderers to immerse themselves in the rich culinary traditions of Thailand. Here, tastings, hands-on workshops, hyper-local crafts and discussions offer a deeper understanding of the wisdom passed down through generations.
