Rattanakosin Breakin' Crew

Rattanakosin Breakin Crew is a Thai contemporary instrumental band based in Bangkok. Formed in 2019, the group emerged from a collective of diverse local musicians. Their sound is a fusion of Thai folk genres like Luk Thung, Molam, Klong Yao and Talung, mixed with international influences like funk, psychedelic rock and rare groove. Drawing inspiration from the golden eras of 60s and 80s Thai music, the band merges folk instrumentation with modern arrangements and electronic flourishes.
